Below are a few questions that we are asked. If you have any questions that haven't been answered here, please let us know!

 

1. What is Cerulea? How do you pronounce it?

Cerulea (pronounced Suh-roo-lee-ah) is Italian for Cerulean, a vibrant shade of blue. This particular shade is rarely naturally seen but is perfectly captured where the sky and ocean meet at the horizon. It also happens to be the owner’s favorite childhood crayon color!


2. What is Cerulea Signature?

This is our exclusive brand! These items can ONLY be found at www.shopcerulea.com. These items are extremely limited in quantity and production. We do offer personalization on select items such as your Name, an important date, or phrase. We strive to utilize the best materials at the best prices. Cerulea also donates a portion of its quarterly profits to various local charities and organizations.


3. Why should I shop at Cerulea vs. other boutiques?

All items are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind or limited edition. Cerulea is for the discerning shopper that wants a unique item that can’t easily be found on store shelves. Expanding on the founding concept of custom clothing and accessories, we have decided to include designs by other small US based designers. 

When you shop at Cerulea you are supporting us and other small-businesses. Brands are chosen not only for their styles but also for their missions and global impacts.


4. Are all items made in the USA?

All items made by Cerulea Signature are designed and manufactured in the USA. Any other brand or designer featured, is USA-based. These items are sometimes manufactured in other countries but primarily will also be made in the USA. The brands that are produced in other countries provide educational opportunities, jobs, and etc to their staff in those areas.


5. How do you ensure exclusivity?

We strive to partner with small(er) brands that do not have large internet holdings and do not sell to mass distributors. The majority of the items we sell cannot be found on Amazon, in major department stores, or in other boutiques. We also carry limited quantities per style. This means only a handful of people who shop at Cerulea will have the same items. You should never see someone wearing your same outfit!


6. How long does it take to ship and receive orders?

All orders are shipped within two business days of purchase from our offices in Florida. We do not "drop ship"- all items are stocked in our warehouse and thoroughly inspected by our staff prior to sending to you. There is no middle man or company between us and you. We ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Most customers receive their orders in 1-5 days.


7. Can I ship to different addresses on one order?

Not at this time. As we do not charge for shipping, you will need to place a new order for each address.  


8. If I ship to more than one address, how many shipping charges will I pay?

Shipping within the USA and it's Military addresses is always free! The only additional charges paid at check out are for any applicable sales taxes.


9. Can I use Promo/ Discount Codes when shipping to multiple addresses?

Some promo codes are only allowed to be used once per customer. If it is an open-ended code for everyone, then you can apply it to each additional address at check out.   


10. I’m a small brand/ designer, can I partner with Cerulea?

Yes! We are always looking for new designers and artisans. Please send us an email to info@shopcerulea.com with a little description about your brand. We will reply back with more information.
